Founded in Perth in 1996, Training Services Australia has over 25 years of experience in the training and development sector. We provide a comprehensive range of services designed to help organisations maximise the potential of their most valuable asset — their people.
Our training workshops are competency-based and focus on developing the practical knowledge, skills and attitudes required for effective performance in the workplace. Many of our programs lead to nationally recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), while others are customised to meet specific organisational needs. Our workshops adopt a participative, hands-on approach to learning that promotes engagement and practical application.
Training Services Australia began delivering Train-the-Trainer courses (a predecessor of the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) in 1996. Our long-standing experience in this area has contributed to a strong reputation for delivering quality training, and our programs have consistently received positive feedback from participants and employers for their practical relevance and quality. Over time, our course offerings have grown to include programs in management and work health and safety. These are delivered by our experienced facilitators throughout Australia and internationally.
In response to industry needs, we developed an online awareness course — WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS) to support statutory and non-statutory supervisors to understand their responsibilities under the WHS Act and Regulations. We have also introduced an Exam Preparation Course to assist candidates preparing for the DEMIRS Law Examination for Statutory Roles.
