Founded in Perth in 1996, Training Services Australia has over 25 years of experience in the training and development sector. We provide a comprehensive range of services designed to help organisations make the most of their most valuable asset — their people.
Our training workshops are competency-based and designed to develop the practical knowledge, skills and attitudes people need to perform more effectively in their roles. Many of our programs lead to nationally recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework, while others are customised to meet specific organisational needs. All workshops embrace a participative, hands-on approach to learning that encourages engagement and real-world application.
Training Services Australia commenced the delivery of Train-the-Trainer courses (a predecessor of the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) in 1996, and our courses have been renowned for being amongst the best in Australia ever since. The TSA course portfolio has expanded to include management training, as well as health & safety training, with our courses regularly delivered throughout Australia and internationally by our experienced facilitators.
We have now developed an online awareness course called WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS) to enable Statutory and Non Statutory Supervisors to understand their responsibilities under the new WHS legislation. In addition to this, we have created an Exam Preparation Course to assist people to pass the DEMIRS Law Examination for Statutory Roles.
